About you
You will enjoy helping to lead a sales team to success by leading from the front. Striving to always provide customer's with excellent customer service. Your self motivated & pro active approach to the working day will see the team jump on board & strive to achieve. As Sales Manager you will help to lead the team along with the Store Manager to continued success.
Key Responsibilities and requirement
You have lead, coached & train a team of 5 + direct reports
Strong stock management background including inwards/outwards goods
Proven sales record, achieving sales results & smashing key KPI's
Experience with PNLs, wage budgets & rostering
Strong HR and people management experience
