About the position
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, career driven individual to lead and inspire our sales and operations market floor team in our T&G Fresh, Hastings market. Responsible for managing and leading the team you will also support key internal stakeholders and develop new business opportunities while sustaining profitable growth. We are looking for a performance leader who is commercially astute and able to lead and mentor their team to achieve company targets and financial goals. You will play an integral role in development and enhancing business relationships with key accounts.
What we are looking for:
As a self-motivate, results focused individual you will have:
At least 3 years' sales and operations management experience Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong negotiation skills and resilience
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment
