Sales Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Provide leadership in sales activities and ensure the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets
Oversee all operations, ensuring all installation projects are coordinated and inventory and stock is managed efficiently
Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets, ensuring budget for the financial year is met
Responsibility for the store's overall P/L
Leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals
Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous opportunistic coaching, mentoring and support for employees

Ideally you will have a strong residential and commercial sales background with general insurance knowledge within the building/interiors industry.
