Sales Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Create and develop long lasting relationships with both current and potential customers
Develop a rapport with prospective clients and maintain regular contact during various projects
Maintain sales volumes by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, industry changes and competitors
Establish and comply with sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Develop sales packs and promotional material for prospective clients

Proven experience in a similar position and industry
Knowledge of building/construction scaling (foundation metrics, square metres etc.) is essential
Knowledge of current legislation including council and government guidelines
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
The ability to operate calmly in a high-pressure environment and ability to adapt to change
Highly organised and process driven
Comfortable using own initiative and taking ownership of processes
