Look no further!We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our passionate and achievement-focused Field Sales team, covering the Palmerston North Area.Applicants based in the Manawatu region are encouraged to apply.Some travel and overnight stays are required due to the nature of this role.Our Sales Executives develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers across their territory.Reporting to the Sales Manager, we seek a self-starter who enjoys autonomy, and has strong organizational and prioritization skills.A day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive includes:Engaging with Grocery, On Premise & Traditional liquor customers, creating strategies from account planning to promotional execution to increase brand presence.Traveling to customer venues to understand their needs and support them effectively.Being an advocate for our brands and delivering growth through brand execution.Collaborating with the wider Sales and Marketing Team.Seeking growth opportunities within current and new customers.The keys to your success:Developing strong customer partnerships.Excellent organization and planning skills.Ability to quickly learn systems and processes.A hunger to succeed and a desire to learn.Adaptability and responsiveness to change.Growth mindset and creative problem-solving skills.Commercial and business acumen.If you are a problem solver, an effective planner, enjoy working with people, and aim for the best outcomes, we want to hear from you.Our team is driven to place our brands at the heart of social occasions.
