Howard Wright Limited is a leading designer, manufacturer and exporter of medical beds and stretchers based in New Zealand. We deliver high-quality products to domestic and international markets with sales teams based in NZ, Australia, the UK and Europe.We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Service Team. This position will be based at our factory in Bell Block, New Plymouth.Position Overview:This role is to support sales teams and customers with smooth sales administration. Interfacing with Customers, Sales Managers, Technical Service, Finance, Production Planning & Logistics, this position offers exposure to all aspects at the front-end of Howard Wright's manufacturing operation.Key Responsibilities:Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries.Provide administrative sales support to global sales teams.Manage sales enquires globally for both capital and spare parts.Complete sales order processing in ERP system (Epicor) for both capital and spare parts.Create quotes at request of Territory Managers or customers.Interpret customer requirements & generate quotes for low volume capital orders.Follow up on open domestic quotes and participate in weekly sales meetings.Process shipments of domestic and international spare parts.Run weekly sales back-order reports.The following attributes and experience are desirable:+ 2 years sales support administration experience.Proficiency in Microsoft office (& ERP and CRM preferable).A strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.An eye for detail and accuracy and can multi-task.Comfortable following a structured process.A co-operative, positive and team spirited nature.Ability to work independently and part of a team.Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges that may present.This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) from 8:30am – 4:30pm weekdays (flexible).If you meet the criteria above and seek a rewarding role in a small team of professionals, make your application with cover letter and curriculum vitae via the Seek website.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have experience in administration?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have customer service experience?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
