Leader within the secure automotive industryWHAT WILL MY ROLE LOOK LIKE?Invoice new & used vehicles and process whole-goods deals into the systemProcess credit notes for customers.Liaise with Sales & Logistics teams in relation to current sales & delivery to customersWeekly reporting of whole-goods sales and deals in pipelineManage Customer credit applicationAssist with Accounts Receivable queriesReceipt vehicle stock into to the systemLiaise with Freight suppliersWHO AM I?You will be system savvy (bonus to have Excel proficiency, including VLookups and pivot tables) and pride yourself in your ability to learn new processes and systems swiftlyImmediately available and can commit for 6 monthsHave worked in a sales support/finance admin role, with a natural meticulous eye for detailA clear communicator on all fronts, able to deal with a wide range of internal & external stakeholdersSound like you?
