At Henkel you can make a difference and craft your career Thats why you own your projects and take full responsibility from an early stage Our unique brand in markets around the world open up countless opportunities to follow your convictions and explore new paths YOUR SKILLS Degree qualification in Business or related discipline this is a key career development role for Henkel s Laundry and Homecare sales team Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and advanced skills in Powerpoint good technical and creative skills SAP experience considered favourably Very organised and flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision Exceptional verbal and written communication skills YOUR ROLE Handle monitor and respond to phone and email queries from sales team and customers Provide customer service and ensure that information provided is accurate timely and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures Prepare reports relating to customer queries sales trends and customer complaints including delivery problems Maintain Customer Relations Management tool to ensure that all data is current continuous improvement of system Assist with a range of accounting activities which may include processing of invoices purchase orders expense and claims Work with Customer Marketing on coordination of distribution of trade marketing elements to Field Force
