About the Company:
Based in Parnell, our client is a well-known global FMCG company with a domestic & global outlook and a phenomenally successful business.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator for a temporary Sales Support assignment. This position supports the Sales and Customer Services team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide admin support to the National Sales Team
Book travel
Processing and coding invoices
Enter orders and follow up with Logistics companies and customers
Assist with reporting
Receiving phone calls and handling client enquiries
Produce sales support documentation
About You:
You will be hard working with previous administration experience and a willingness to support a wider sales team.
Other attributes we look for include:
Systems savvy; ideally experience with ERP
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Clear credit and criminal history
