In this position, you'll focus on building strong customer relationships and offering a diverse range of flooring solutions in a thriving and profitable region.
Engage with customers in our showroom and during measure and quote appointments at their homes for a varied and stimulating work environment.
You'll also have the chance to cross-sell our readymade curtains, expanding your sales potential and helping you close more deals.Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work closely with customers from the initial consultation to the post-installation check-up.
Therefore, we are seeking someone who values the complete customer experience and strives to deliver the best solution for our customers.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing accurate product information.Assist clients with product selection and guide them through the sales process to meet their needs.Measure client premises and scale plans accurately for quotes and orders.Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.Prepare and send quotes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.Handle post-sale follow-ups and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.Maintain a clean and organized showroom and manage stock, samples, and displays.Meet or exceed sales targets.Keep up-to-date with technical product knowledge.You will haveA strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
