• $46,800 Base; OTE $24,500

Monster Group is a rapidly expanding organization looking for highly skilled sales representatives to join our ever-growing team. Working across a range of finance, energy, and telecommunications you will gain industry knowledge within the Australian market.

As a sales consultant at Monster Group, you will be creating and closing opportunities in a fast-paced target driven environment.
A normal day with us will see you:
• Inbound & Outbound teams from pre-generated leads
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Cross-selling products and services
• Providing consistent, high-quality customer service and brand awareness
• NO COLD CALLING
About You:
• Passionate about sales, no previous experience required
• Resilient and hard worker
• Driven by targets and naturally a high achiever
We have a very strong team environment where the main focus is achieving high targets, providing excellent customer service and having fun while doing so.
This is a permanent, full-time role and our business operation hours are from 9:30 am - 10:00 pm so you must be flexible around working hours and be able to work one Saturday a month.
