Sales Assistant

As one of our Sales Assistants, you will be part of our highly passionate and knowledgeable Blenheim store committed to living our vision of being the best pet company in the world.
Your positive and proactive approach to customer service combined with your passion for people, pets and retail will set you apart from the crowd and ensure that our customers are provided with the best information and advice to enable them to take the best possible care of their pets.
Our store environments are fast paced and challenging but the reward of inspiring customers, meeting their needs, building sales and reaching targets is huge.
We train all our team to deliver our high standards of customer service excellence, merchandising and operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to
Be customer focused and pride yourself on providing great customer service
Be self driven and committed to ongoing learning
Work 20 hours per week including both weekend days
Have proven experience in customer service/retail
Work well in a fast paced environment and be able to successfully multitask
Be solution focused and demonstrate initiative
Candidates need to be flexible to work weekends, Public Holidays and late nights as required.
