Description
We are looking for some short term help for the coming busy holiday season in our New Plymouth retail store .Responsibilities: •Ensure product knowledge is current and up-to-date across all product ranges•Greet all customers and assist them in finding the product they are looking for •Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making•Promote any ‘add on’ or related products and specials to customers as appropriate•Ensure customers are assisted and that their expectations are met throughout the end to end sales process, provide hardware and system installing if required by customers. •Ensure guarantees and all relevant purchase information is provided to customers and extended warranties offered•Respond to inquiries about software and hardware we provided to clients, especially for the faulty product•Refer complex IT issues to internal service department if necessary and follow up the post services•Liaise with ICT department or IT manager of commercial customers to determine their software and hardware requirements then provide them with IT portfolio solutionsRequirements
Requirement: •IT qualification preferred•At least 1 year proven experience and success in retailing industry. •IT knowledge including : Microsoft Office, Software design, implementation and end-user interaction, Computer products and applications knowledge, Computer networking systems•Excellent verbal communication skills•High attention to detail and accuracy•Strong customer service and relationship management skills. •Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
