Te Rapa is looking for an experienced Sales and Service Assistant.
This is a key role that is all about providing our customers with friendly, helpful service. You'll provide a great customer shopping experience by -
Welcoming customers to our store and offering assistanceListening to their needs and finding solutionsProviding product knowledge to help customers make their selectionEnsuring the department is kept tidy and well stockedProviding assistance in our fitting rooms
The role is based in our Lingerie/Accessories Department and involves working 74 hours per fortnight - Monday 9.30am to 6.00pm, Tuesday 10.30am to 6.15pm, Wednesday 10.30am to 6.00pm, Thursday 10.00am to 5.30pm and Sunday 10.00am to 6.15pm. Flexibility is a must through extended trading hours and Christmas.
Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive and with a can-do attitude.
For this role, you do need some retail experience, ideally one - two years.
