Sales And Project Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Based out of our Dunedin Branch, the Sales and Project Manager will be responsible for maximising business potential for our Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Sales through direct customer interaction and project management.
This role will be required to undertake effective contract management including; all project pricing, planning, on and off-site co-ordination, and management of resources including financial and quality management. The ability to maintain a good business relationship with clients is paramount to this position.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has proven experience in sales, design, and project management within the Mechanical Services and Refrigeration industry.

Health and Safety focused,
5 years' experience in a similar Sales and Project Management role,
Well-developed commercial acumen, proven sales leadership, and client key account management,
Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors,
Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally,
Calm and steady under pressure;
Strong financial acumen, preparing financial analysis and reports and achieving financial targets,
Ability to meet deadlines, plan and prioritise,
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
