We're looking for someone who can handle any query, any complaint, with patience and professionalism, creating an individual, positive experience for every customer.What you will be doing in your day to day:Providing sales and customer service support to new and existing customers in a fast-paced environmentConsulting with customers on the product rangeLiaising with customers and successfully resolving escalations via phone or emailProcessing orders through Netsuite (our inventory management and order processing system)Taking enquiries via phone and email from customers on order related issuesCosting and invoicingAdministrative dutiesLiaising with our internal purchasing & operations teamsOverall Customer service focused with an account management mindsetAbout YouPrevious order processing/administration experience highly regarded (but not a must)Exceptional 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learnExperience working in a fast paced high volume environmentFluent in both spoken and written EnglishA passion for the environmentExcel skills and Netsuite experience preferableHow to ApplyIf this role is of interest to you, we would love to hear from you.
