About the Role:
This is a great opportunityfor someone to join us on a fixed-term basis (12 months) and make a difference.The primary purpose of this position is toprovide analytical insight and administration resource support to the Out ofHome Sales team. You will be responsiblefor analyzing Promotional, Category and a variety of Sales data to report onkey Channel trends for Route and Foodservice. You will also be responsible for assisting the team with pricingqueries, credits and rebates. The rolehas scope to be what you make it and potential to become a full-time member ofthe GWF team.
This role requires a proactive, self-starter who is looking for theirnext challenge. Someone who is curiousto understand the WHY, to uncover the insights and communicate these conciselyto help unlock business performance.
Key accountabilities of this position include:
Produce and collate monthly Customer and Category sales reports
Provide Performance reports of keyinitiatives, key trends, shopper insights etc to the field team
Post promotional analysis of promoactivity (ROI) to assist KAMs with trade spend management
Assist the KAMs with ad-hoc reporting,credit management and pricing queries
Management of customer pricing andhierarchies
Participate in various projects and initiatives
Managing and updating customer portals
Attendance at some Distributor trade shows as support
About You:
A person with at least 1 year of experience in a sales analyst role
Someone with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced user of Excel
Proactive with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and curiosity
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with SAP/BI tools will be highly regarded
Experience within FMCG will be an advantage
