Our highly successful and respectedAluminium Joinery Manufactureris looking for aSales / Account Managerto join their team.
We are looking for a hunter, someone with drive and determination to succeed.
This role will be reporting to the Director and will have two focus points.Driving New Business and Supplying an increased percentage of Share of Wallet to ensure you maximise Gross Margin opportunities.
In this role, you will be on the road, going to sites and develop new business from cold calling and harnessing your current industry relationships; maximise full margin potential by growing share of wallet, and maintain existing accounts
Skills & Experience
Proven sales record within the building and construction industry
Aluminium joinery knowledge would be very beneficial
Excellent and demonstrable technical knowledge and able to have the necessary discussions with builders / construction professionals
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure, determine priorities and meet KPI's and strict deadlines

You will be a confident “hands-on” sales operator with a positive attitude. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting things moving and shaking!
