We are looking for an inspirational leader with a strong nursing and quality background, transforming and further modernising the way in which our nursing services work. You will be a strong, credible leader with evidence of knowledge of Care Capacity Demand Manager (CCDM).
You will work as part of the Nursing Directorate, working closely with the Director of Nursing, and Hospital Leadership Team. You will drive the CCDM Programme to ensure it is fully implemented by June 2021.
Applicants must have the following:
New Zealand Nursing Council registration and Current Annual Practising Certificate.
A relevant Post Graduate Qualification.
Minimum 5 years post graduate nursing experience and an up to date Nursing Portfolio, Proficient working towards Expert/Senior Nurse.
Understanding of CCDM programme.
Understanding of TrendCare.
Advanced leadership experience.
Change Management experience.
Project Management experience.
Quality Improvement knowledge.
Knowledge of the implications of the Treaty of Waitangi with a commitment to bi-culturalism.
Ability to work in a complex changing environment and able to juggle multiple competing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
