NZLocums&NZMedJobs is a division of the Network and is a not-for-profit service with expertise in both rural and urban recruitment.With support from Te Whatu Ora, we have introduced the Rural Hospital Locum Service.
This is a service that provides a fees-free recruitment service for rural hospitals across the country.
We don't charge any placement fees on rural hospitals, and we don't take away anything from a locum's salary.
We also support appropriately experienced and qualified doctors with permanent roles.About the roleWe are seeking expressions of interest from appropriately experienced and qualified doctors who are interested in locum opportunities to work across Oamaru Hospital and Gore Hospital in the South Island, on a contractual arrangement.This role will be pivotal in ensuring quality healthcare is provided to the rural communities that these rural hospitals serve.
