The Role
We have an opportunity for a switched on results driven Roving Night Supervisor with a proven track record of Team Leadership and the ability to motivate and encourage individual performances. This a part-time Monday to Friday role reporting to the Account Manager.
Some of the essential duties are:
Ensure cleaning and associated duties are performed to a consistent and high quality standard
Inspections of all areas are carried out
Client complaints are followed up immediately and resolved to clients' satisfaction.
Assist with staff training ensuring all are competent to complete their duties.
Ensure the site has correct materials and equipment to undertake relevant tasks.
Ensure compliance with employment relations and health and safety legislation.
Liaise with the Account Manager regarding staff issues and client complaints
Monitor and report on operational issues in order to continually review service and implement improvements when required.
What we are looking for
You must be an experienced and confident team leader. You will lead from the front and by example and therefore you will have highly developed communication skills, exceptional ability to prioritise a high workflow and a natural ability to adopt a coaching style.
With at least 2 to 3 years’ experience preferably within the cleaning or service orientated industry you have the confidence to discuss the technical aspects of the services we offer.
You demonstrate a high degree of integrity, outstanding customer service and a proven ability to problem solve.
Clean manual drivers licence is essential
