The Role
Based atAvisAuckland Airport, this role offers pace, variety and face to face customer service interaction. It is an excellent starting point for a long term career with the Avis Budget Group!
Assist customers at vehicle checkout and return to ensure an excellent experience with us
Organise vehicles to be run between our vehicle bay and Auckland Airport location
Receive returning vehicles and invoice customers
Daily inventory of the fleet we have available
Check returning fuel levels and charge appropriately
Inspect vehicles for damage and communicate updates with the team
This is apermanent, part timerole for20 hours per week.Shiftswill be rostered between 6am and 8pm.
Skills & Experience
Bring your retail, customer service or similar background - we are looking for someone who loves helping customers and is focused on delivering quality service
Full drivers licence, able to move our vehicles as required
A positive team player who will enjoy communicating with the team and building relationships with our customers
Attention to detail will help you to notice vehicle condition/fuel usage and keep track of our vehicles onsite
