Job Title: Roofer / Labourer

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Roofer/Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various roofing tasks and supporting skilled roofers on residential and commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily roofing tasks including covering roofs with roofing sheets, TPO membrane, and other materials.
* Support installation processes including nailing, screwing, stapling, and underlayment application.
* Erect ladders and ensure safe access to roof area.
* Load and unload roofing materials and equipment.
* Clean up job sites and remove old roofing materials.
* Provide support to roofers in installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
* Be open to on-the-job training and upskilling.
* Adhere to health and safety practices and not be afraid of working at heights.

Requirements:

* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
* No prior experience required — training will be provided

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
