We are investing in new roles across our network of plants. We seek professional Risk Managers with demonstrated success, to lead the implementation and culture of best practice risk management across our various compliance related activities, including Food Safety & Quality, Health & Safety and environmental frameworks. This is a key leadership role at site, you will be responsible for implementation of companywide policies and for developing company risk management culture across the plant.

You:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Risk Management from a Food Safety and quality and/or Health and Safety Management. Experience in a manufacturing or food processing industry would be an advantage. You will be a hands-on person who is keen to put on a pair of gumboots to get amongst the leaders and processing staff to connect with our people and ensure initiatives are successfully imbedded. You will likely have proven experience in continuous improvement and with managing audit requirements. Experience in investigation methodologies would also be advantageous.
You will be a confident leader with strong communication skills and an ability to establish and build on effective working relationships. You'll be able to quickly come to grips with our systems, initiatives, and policies in order to become a champion for them in the organisation. You will have a balanced approach to problem solving and understand, or be keen to quickly build an understanding, of the red meat industry.
