This business will provide current and potential AA members with simple, transparent and trusted money solutions under the AA Money brand. The new business will be here to help New Zealanders look after their financial well-being and sort their money needs, with an initial focus on motor vehicle lending.Our new go to market team will be focused on delivering exceptional experience and optimal outcomes to our customers to build on AA's trusted expertise in the vehicle ownership journey and current finance option.The role:As a core member of the senior leadership team you will have the opportunity to shape a strong customer focussed culture within AA Money through developing and delivering across risk, compliance, governance and business support aspects of our business.Come join us as we grow this start-up and embed and enhance our risk and compliance frameworks to ensure good conduct and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively with our senior leaders and their teams you will help them understand, identify and implement risk mitigation and control improvement actions, ensuring risk is everyone's responsibility. You will manage a small team responsible for operational compliance and contribute to the strategy and successful growth of our business, allowing the role to grow with you.To be successful you will need to have:Strong knowledge of risk management in the finance/banking sector6-7 years' risk management/legal operating at a senior level within a financial services or large businessStrong communication skills, analytical and report writing skills to senior exec/board levelExperience in dealing with regulators and other key stakeholdersApply today to see where a career with AA Money will take you!
