Retail Sale Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Retail Sale Assistant, a motivated and committed person to join our team in our store. You will assist with the store's operation during your shift and provide excellent customer service. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week with a pay rate $ 29.66- $ 31 per hour. You will be working as per the roster hence flexibility is essential in this role.   RETAIL ASSISTANT  Your Task included but not limited to –   1.      Greeting and serving customers, answering inquiries and providing product information. 2.      Determining customer requirements and advising on available range and price 3.      Accepting payment by cash and EFTPOS. 4.      Maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and organizing displays. 5.      Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stock-takes. 6.      Stacking and displaying products for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold 7.      Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. 8.      Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.     Job Requirements   ·         Sales and customer service experience preferred. ·         Relevant qualification preferred. ·         Good communication and interpersonal skills ·         Ability to lift and move heavy boxes of products. ·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
