About the Role
The primary role of theRetail Coordinatoris to assist the Retail Manager in the co-ordination of employees. In addition, you are also responsible for:
Managing the floor staff during the evenings
Coordinating staff recruitment if required
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Assisting with customer service queries
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
About You

Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
Efficient problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using computer systems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills among all stakeholders

Eye for detail and accuracy
Applicants with NZ Certificate in Pharmacy Level 3 - 4 is desirable (not essential).
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory Criminal History Check outcome.
