A recent vacancy has risen for an energetic and dynamic store manager who will be responsible to organize and capable to steer the business to further growth. As this is a speciality store, our main customers are people of Islamic faith, predominantly from Asia, Arabia and Africa as well as Ethnic Restaurants and Kebab Houses. Therefore suitable incumbent must have a sound command of English as well as be able to speak Hindi or Urdu, Bengali and some understanding of Arabic language. Other requirements include:
A Business degree (Level 7 or above).
Butchery Retail and Customer Service experience in NZ for at least 12 months.
Must have sound communication skills in English
Previous recruiting and staff management experience.
Gross knowledge in Accounting and P.A.Y.E will be advantageous.
Full NZ drivers License
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice and communications in order to grow further business prospects and to facilitate improved service to all customers.
Inventory management.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for further growth.
Pricing and making promotional offers.
Recruiting, training and monitoring staff.
Handling customer complaints.
Recording financial transactions.
Determining product mix and stock levels.
Keep record of the concerned issues and bring back to the Owner’s acknowledgement
Generate ideas for future growth and problem-solving.
Any other related tasks that may be assigned at the discretion of the employer from time to time.
