Retail Butcher for FULL TIME. Mondo Butchers is WA's leading meat retailer and wholesaler. We provide the very best selection of Australia's meats to our customers, meating their demands.

Mondo Butchers is currently looking for a qualified butcher to join our retail (Inglewood/Mount Lawley) team.

Requirements:

- Qualified Butcher
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Please provide a CV

Responsibilities:

- Cutting, boning and trimming meat to specification
- Packing trays for the shop display
- Breaking carcass
- Assisting customers as required
- Stock rotation of all products
- Cleaning down benches, floors and cool rooms as required

Continental Butchery experience and extra languages are desirable.
