Full Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Assistance: Interface with customers at a friendly and professional level Assist customers to navigate the products and assist customers to suggest the products as well. Its local convenient store so greets customers and help them to choose products assist with price inquiries and special orders as well. 2. Checkout Operator Operate Point of Sale system (POS) Learn New skills - All the training given and organized with the service provider 3. Ready to work in shifts and on Weekends Our Operation time is 7 am to 9 pm and we open 7 days so interested candidate ready to work in all shifts like Morning Shift Afternoon Shift and weekend as well. Responsible to Open the store in Morning shift close the store in closing shifts. 4. Day to Day Retail Store Operation Ensure Products are presentable and clean. Receive deliveries conduct stock cheques and arrange the store room. Fill up the shelves Fill up the drink fridges Fill up the Ice Cream Fridges. Fill up and top up on regular basis. Check the temperatures of fridges freezers and pie warmers with health and safety guidelines. Regular cleaning responsibilities like dusting vacuuming the store and moping the floor. 5. Merchandising Maintain B2B relationship. Work well with company representatives and assist them to display the products. Regularly update the pricing of the products which are on special promotion. Decorating the store at the time of different local events and festival times. Promote the products which are weekly and festival specials. Basic Requirements and Attributes : Excellent Verbal communication skills have a keen eye for details be computer friendly. Must be ready to work extended hours and shifts on weekends.
