As a Retail and Contact Centre Hybrid Manager (Base Lead) you will be responsible for:
Leading the Base in the delivery and performance of targets and day to day operations
Building and leading a supportive and connected Growth Mindset culture
Ensuring the base is capable and skilled in E2E touchpoints in conjunction with P&P and the Craft DCLs
Executing on our Channels vision
Leading in team events and deliver quality outputs
Working day-to-day in a team (on the tools)
Acting as the voice of the customer to Channels stakeholders
Facilitating performance where our people actively go after results
As a Retail and Contact Centre Hybrid Manager (Base Lead), you are:

Working collaboratively with the Channels team and stakeholders, by incorporating feedback when appropriate
Developing team competency by working with Craft Coaches, Geo & Market Leads.
