We are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager, who will be responsible for the management and direction of all restaurant & bar operations.

You need to think on your feet, work autonomously, and be a good problem solver.
We need a creative, dynamic manager who has a passion for delivering the best experience for every customer.Job Duties:Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow.Must have LCQ and Manager's Certificate at least.Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction & communicate with diners to mitigate potential conflicts.Plan and develop the menu in consultation with Chefs & regularly review product quality.Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.Ensure proper compliance with restaurant safety & hygiene regulations.Manage the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.Plan and organize special functions and events.Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.Ensure a cost-effective restaurant & roster is displayed weekly in advance.Update daily records.Prepare and introduce an ongoing calendar of cost-effective promotional initiatives.Ensure all funds and proceeds belonging to the business are accounted for, secured, and locked in the safe before leaving the premises.Maintain and complete the premises incident record book.Participate as a constructive member of the management team with the view to maximizing business sales volumes and profitability.Complete other general duties as the Management may require from time to time.Arrange entertainment nights when required.About You:This role is for Wholly Smoked, a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
The pay rate will depend on skill level and experience.
This is a key position, and the successful candidate will need to have a strong focus on excellence, be self-motivated, a team player, and able to work well in a high-pressure environment.
