With over 50 stores nationwide and expansion globally, our client is a market leader in the trade and a brand that you know and love! We are on the hunt for a positive and engaging store manager to join a vibrant and fun company with the skills and experience to match.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Be the face of the establishment - a true brand ambassador
Full commercial responsibility including P&Ls, analysing and promoting productivity, monthly audits and reviews
Lead, develop and empower a strong team of 15-20 staff
Engage in marketing & business initiatives embracing the local community
Proven experience running a fast paced, high volume hospitality venue
Strong communicator who is engaging and believes in fostering and developing talent
Ownership mentality and ready to hit the ground running!
$55k per annum + Profit Share + Kiwisaver
