Restaurant Manager - Cairns

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with exceptional skills and knowledge about the hospitality industry. Must be able to think outside the box and bring your own personality into creating and building this successful restaurant. We need the right candidate to have 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or higher.
Skills and Experience
Must have a strong personality & great customer service
Work well with Chefs and control floor staff
Need to be hands on
Ability to work to and achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and payroll costs
Create KPI's, policies & procedures
Understand Liquor Licensing and Health & Safety laws
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced venue
A strong leader, able to hire and train staff
Marketing knowledge is a bonus
