Betsia is seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our small but fun team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be responsible for: managing staff, designing special menus, managing and maintaining stock levels, managing supplier relationships, ensuring health and safety policy compliance, and in charge of the restaurant overall operation. You are also expected to inspect the market rate to ensure our price is complying with market and business profit. Detailed duties for this role are: Oversee the whole restaurant operations Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurantSet up/adjust menu price to ensure our price compliance with the current marketPlan and organize special event and promotion offers to increase salesInspect Stock and determine to order stock with suppliersManage invoices and financial transactionsManage staff rosterManaging employee wage costs and food and material cost from bargaining with suppliers - keeping it low where possible Maintain a close relationship with suppliers Recruiting, training and supervising FOH and kitchen staffEnsure our restaurant meets the health and safety policyThe successful candidate must have:Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality industry and at least one year’s at a supervisor or manager levelRelevant Management diploma or equivalent qualification is required An excellent communicator: verbally, via email and in teams chatsBe passionate and have a love for seasonality, sustainability and excellent serviceConfident and able to take responsibility and accountabilityA positive, punctual and professional approachExcellent attention to detailsImmaculate personal grooming and presentationA positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile!
