Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced, professional restaurant manager to lead a small front of house team while working alongside our head chef and owner
Ideally, this individual will display an appreciation for food and wine; have a natural charisma with people from all walks of life, and the ability to manage a small but busy restaurant from top to toe in an efficient manner.
This position requires the successful applicant to be available for flexible hours both weekdays and weekends, although for the right candidate we are very happy to discuss and negotiate hours.
