As part of the management team you will lead by example to deliver an exceptional restaurant experience. You will maintain a high standard of food preparation and service while striving to achieve outstanding restaurant results.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
2 + years of proven management experience
Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
Revenue, profitability and quality control in all BOH and FOH areas
You will ensure efficientrestaurantoperations are continually met
Experience in stock management
Advanced communication skills and a positive attitude
Effective time management and productivity qualities
Problem solving and decision making skills
Display excellent personal hygiene, presentation and grooming standards
Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
A current RSA Certificate
