We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Response Operators. You'll love hard physical work, getting stuck in and working with the elements so good physical fitness is essential. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all basic handyman functions, parks asset maintenance, including inspections and repairs, water blasting, cleaning and maintenance of ablution blocks, painting, fencing, vegetation control, rubbish collection and disposal, and general tidiness of allocated sites. At times you may be required to assist the wider Thames-Coromandel team.
The Success Factors
As a Jack-Of-All-Trades, you will be able to demonstrate a broad range of construction and maintenance skills and experience, including carpentry and concrete works
You will be self-motived, have the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment and have the desire to complete works to the highest standard
Have the desire and enthusiasm for ensuring that every job they complete is of top quality
Have effective communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders, clients, sub-contractors and members of your team
You will demonstrate a positive attitude towards working safely
A full, current driver license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential
A strong work ethic with a can-do attitude goes with-out saying
