Tech 5 Recruitment is one of the leaders in New Zealand Recruitment and we have had a fantastic opportunity for a Resourcer/Office Administrator to join us and become an important part of our tight-knit, high achieving team.
The role:
This position is different to your usual Office Administration role as it requires you to be actively involved within all sectors of the business, as you are often the communication link. The successful candidate must have the ability to learn new systems quickly and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be providing support directly to our Business Manager and Senior Resourcer.
Key Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Job advertising, candidate pooling, CV and phone screening
- Conducting candidate interviews, reference checks and inductions
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and candidates
- Ensuring all relevant systems and paperwork is accurately entered and kept up to date
- Responsible for collating weekly timesheets to a set deadline
- Stock management
- Producing reports and spreadsheets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven high level of organisation and attention to details
- Ability to take responsibility, multitask, use initiative and work autonomously
- Mature outlook and ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full drivers’ licence
