Our residential services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a variety of shifts available. We provide programmes for children and young people aged from 10 to 18 years.
About you - Mou
We are seeking interest from people who have excellent interpersonal skills and are highly creative and motivated. You will need high levels of resilience and flexibility, and a passion for working with youth.
Our ultimate goal is to provide children and young people who come into our care with the best possible opportunities to achieve positive change and turn their lives around.
We are looking for people to join our pool of casual staff. You must have a full clean driver's licence. Casual Residential Workers are called on to cover for our care team on an as and when required basis, across the Canterbury region.
