If you are insightful, collaborative, and passionate about the well-being and success of young people, we want to talk to you!Our Residential Services Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of an exceptional customer experience contributing to high quality residences , a safe living environment, and first-class customer service that drives impressive occupancy goals. Supporting Village management and working with operations teams you will be a key player in the delivery of a first class residence experience including; residential support, marketing, safety and security, and professional standards.To be successful in this role you will bring;An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline e.g. social work or business social sciencesDemonstrable understanding of case management and its application to support servicesKnowledge of University and community-based support services and an understanding of contemporary education issues and trendsYour experience with databases and relationship management software, your understanding and familiarity with digital and social media, and your energy and passion for the health and wellbeing of our students, will all contribute to your success in this challenging and rewarding role.With campus footprints across four diverse Auckland locations, Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is the newest and second largest University in New Zealand.
