Residential Project Manager

The Project Manager's primary role is to ensure each residential project is delivered with a focus on profit, timeliness and standards that exceed expectations for the business, but most importantly the client.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- A proven track record of experience in the residential construction industry
- Experience in contractor and construction management
- An excellent team player who can communicate well at all levels, both internally and externally
- Proficient computer skills
- Up to date knowledge of H&S guidelines so as to ensure the safety of all on site
- LBP qualification preferred
