Residential Interior Design

Wanted an architecture or interior design student....
We are renovating our kitchen, lounge, dining and house entry for a large family raising children with special needs in a care for life home. We want to hear from keen students who can design and produce drawings acceptable for a builder and installers to follow. We are not expecting models or complex presentations.
Any designs you create must be clear and understandable so that our builder and other tradespeople can check all details are kept legal and assist with compliance. This project has NONE of the following: changes that require resource or building consents, project management responsibility, sourcing trades or product, selling or buying. We simply want your design skills and creative brains to help us improve our family home aesthetics and function. In saying that if you are registered and qualified to do work involving resource and building consent definitely tell us.
We are looking for people who will be available for interview in October and to complete final drawings by December 6. This is not a typical design position. We want you to tell us about yourself, the kinds of things that interest you about this opportunity and what you could offer. Be honest if you have never done this before - it is not necessarily a problem. Students will be interviewed over the phone and given more information about the design brief. Anyone subsequently invited for an on site discussion will be paid for time on-site regardless of whether or not we offer you the role. Multiple students may also be hired.
