As the Reservationist, you are the key person for all bookings and enquiries for our complex. You will be up to date with all promotions and operating times of all activities, responsible for ensuring all relevant booking information is received and recorded accurately and then communicated to our various departments. You must be customer focused, have a friendly, helpful “can do” attitude and have excellent computer, maths and communication skills.
This position involves a high degree of attention to detail and will require you to provide assistance to the admin teams, and across site when required. You will also be involved in taking event bookings for the property.
Flexibility is a must as the successful candidates will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays, which are normally our busiest days.
Previous experience in handling reservations or bookings would be an advantage.
