As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.2. Utilize persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions and products that meet their needs.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.4. Use strategic planning to proactively identify common customer issues and address them through web chat scripts and resources.5. Document all customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and communication strategies.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers in a written format.4. Motivated and independent with the ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule effectively.5. Persuasion skills and the ability to guide customers towards solutions.6.
