Remote Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Quantifi Photonics is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and creativity to effectively engage with customers through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live web chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer assistance- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner- Utilize knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers- Assist with maintaining chat logs and customer records for future reference- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role- Strong project management skills- Creativity in problem-solving and customer engagement- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
