Job Description: GeoOp is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.2. Assist customers in navigating our products and services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions.3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation at all times.4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Stay up-to-date on product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.7. Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality goals. Requirements:1. Confident and resourceful personality traits.2. Strong proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.5. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.6. Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
