Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone with significant experience in account management and a proven track record of success in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and upselling- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account status and performance- Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, preferably in a remote work setting- Proven ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Highly driven and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving- Experience in the energy or related industry is a plus
