Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description: Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience in account management and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, as well as managing key accounts remotely. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use of our products and services.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.- Monitor key account metrics and KPIs to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.- Develop and implement account management strategies to drive growth and revenue. Requirements:- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related field.- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a remote environment.- Driven and motivated to achieve results.- Excellent planning and organizational skills.- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients.- Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant tools.- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
