Assistant - Registration and Recertification
We are a regulatory authority that deals with the regulation of occupational therapists in New Zealand. Its main purpose is the protection of the health and safety of New Zealanders.
Working in a professional environment you will be responsible for the registration and recertification of podiatrists in New Zealand. There are additional administrative tasks such as responding to emails and telephone esquires. You must have an eye for detail and be able to work autonomously. You will report directly to the Registrar. Skills required: Computer literacy: familiar with MS suite Good written and verbal communication Ability to navigate a new computer system Confidentiality Team player Proactive Organisation and prioritization Customer service skills Good telephone manner
The role is part-time and it is a fixed-term position.
